Kavco Mini Storage offers temporary or long term solutions. You can stay as long as you like without committing to a fixed period. "No Term Contracts." Payment is due the first of every month with payments processed automatically on your credit card. This provides you with a great flexible solution to life getting busy, helps plan ahead yet, you never have any worries about late payments.
We charge No Administration Fees! To assist you in your payments Kavo Mini Storage has chip card transaction machines available onsite to accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit (No AMEX at this time). Forms allowing for a monthly automatic credit charge will eliminate the inconvenience of have to rush in to pay before the end of the month. For those wishing to pay for a full year in advance we offer 10% off which saves more than the traditional "first month free" (option available in person only). Cash is always accepted though a valid credit card must be kept on file. Personal cheques are not accepted.
It is understood that the renter(s) assumes all responsibility insuring the contents of the space rented. Kavco Mini storage does not insure your personal goods as you can imagine how everyone would suddenly be storing Gold, Silver and Precious Works of Art in there lockers :-) ...... Renters are responsible for securing their rental space with their personal pad lock as Kavco Mini Storage does not want or have access to your space when rented. We do provide a Heated, Secure Facility with a Monitored Alarm System and Parking Lot Surveillance System.
