Though established in 1967 the current operators of Kavco Mini Storage have been doing so for over 20 years. John DiRosa and son in law Ryan Elm are on site daily ensuring proper procedures and the cleanliness of the facility. John can always be found on a Saturday down at "the shop" chatting with storage customers and tinkering with a vehicle.
This is a family run business and although we are labeled as a self storage facility, we are not some big national chain and thus you will always find a helping hand when needed. Kavco Mini Storage remains North Vancouver's lowest cost storage facility while providing great value! We have all types of dollies on site to help customers move through the facility and with our monitored alarm system and video surveillance customers can rest assured of the security of their belongings.
